Onyx Curve Swivel Lounge Chair | Modern Black Leather Club Chair with Brushed Metal Base - EKAR FURNITURE
A lounge chair has one job above all others, and that is to make you want to sit down, which is exactly where the Onyx Curve Swivel Lounge Chair by EKAR FURNITURE earns its place. Its rounded silhouette sits low and compact, upholstered in smooth matte black leather, and it turns on a slim brushed metal base, so it works as a reading chair, a conversation chair, or simply the best seat in the room. As a premier high-end furniture customization factory, we have shaped this chair for clients who want lounge seating that feels generous without taking over the space, born from our renowned Foshan furniture factory.
The seat is the centre of the design, cut as a thick, deep cylinder with a circular top finished in smooth black leather. Right in the middle sits a single soft button tuft that pulls the upholstery into gentle radiating folds, so the cushion reads as plush and hand-finished rather than a flat disc. There is real depth here, and the leather is a matte finish that keeps fingerprints and glare out of the picture, which matters in a room that gets a lot of light or a lot of use.
The arms wrap the seat in one continuous semi-circular sweep, running from the back of the chair around to the sides, sitting flush with the rear frame so the whole shell reads as a single carved form. Visible vertical seams run along the inner and outer edges of each arm, a tailored construction detail that gives the curved surfaces structure and keeps the leather sitting tight decade after decade, the way our Foshan custom furniture factory finishes its best upholstery. Between those arms, a separate rectangular backrest cushion rises at the rear, plush and supported, so you can lean back and stay there, the kind of considered custom furniture detail that separates a chair you sit in once from one you return to every evening.
The chair rests on a thin, flat circular base in a cool brushed metal finish, slightly narrower than the seat above it, so the chair appears to float while still turning smoothly in place. That swivel action makes it unusually versatile, ideal beside a fireplace where you want to face the room or the fire, in a study corner where you turn from desk to window, or in a hotel lounge or bedroom sitting area where guests like to change their angle without dragging furniture across the floor. Against dark walls it reads as sculptural and quiet, and against light walls or pale marble it becomes a sharp, deliberate accent. As a leading provider of export furniture, EKAR has engineered this chair with a reinforced internal frame, high-density moulded foam, and a load-tested swivel mechanism built for years of daily use. Our global reputation is anchored by the high standards of our Foshan export furniture factory, with profound and sustained demand within the India import furniture sector, where clients in Mumbai and New Delhi seek complete living room collections with soft modern luxury for high-rise apartments, villas, and boutique hospitality.
Choosing EKAR means tapping into the comprehensive resources of a premier Foshan custom furniture factory that prioritizes bespoke character and technical integrity over mass production. This lounge chair is a testament to our mission of producing pieces that carry a sense of comfort and high-end value. By maintaining the rigorous standards of a world-class high-end furniture customization factory, we empower our clients to offer furniture that is difficult to replicate and impossible to overlook. Whether it is angled toward the window in a London apartment, a luxury suite in Dubai, or a heritage villa in Mumbai, the Onyx Curve Swivel Lounge Chair delivers a level of sophistication and craftsmanship that only fine bespoke manufacturing can achieve.
